The minister of finance from the Federal government of Somalia Mr. Abdirahman Duale Beyle is in Washington on an official trip to hold meetings with World bank and IMF top officials whom he has been working with closely to attain total dept. relieve for Somalia.
Mr. Beyle held series of meeting with world leaders including IMF, world bank, Italy officials, British Officials and Saudi Officials and the minister said he hopes to come back with tangible benefits for Somalia.
The finance minister said he informed the officials the progress his ministry has made and the major financial reforms that has been achieved. He also shared his strategic plans for the coming year and he believes Somalia is on the right track.
